This is the last broadcast of a pirate radio station broadcasting in the Soviet Union. It came into our hands thanks to the opening of the archives of the Leningrad KGB.

Before storming the apartment where the broadcasting point was located, the security officers conducted an operational recording of the broadcast. The Soviet engineer skillfully mimicked the official radio stations. To do this, he mixed the voices of announcers and jingles recorded on a tape recorder into the broadcast music. In the USSR, this was called radiohooliganism.
